How It Started
Tropical Notary didn't happen by accident, it was a deliberate decision rooted in experience, an eye for opportunity, and a drive to build something of my own.
As a licensed real estate agent and business broker, I understood the weight that documents carry, the accuracy they demand, the trust they require, and the people behind every signature. Notarization sat at the intersection of everything I'd already spent years doing well: client relationships, document precision, scheduling, and operational management. The fit wasn't a coincidence. It was the plan.
So I built Tropical Notary from the ground up, growing to serve clients across South Florida and beyond. From real estate closings and estate planning to immigration documents and apostille facilitation; all grounded in the same principle: every document carries weight, and every client deserves someone who takes that seriously.
